Question tag 

Question tag คือ การตั้งคำถามสั้นๆท้ายประโยค เป็นลักษณะคำถามที่มักจะใช้ ในบทสนทนา ทั่วๆไป เช่น 
หลังประโยคบอกเล่า : He is a singer, isn’t he?
                         Ann can do this work. Can’t she?
หลังประโยคปฎิเสธ :  She is not a teacher of this school, is she?
                             Bob doesn’t work hard every day, does he?
                          None if the girls liked him, did they?
* หลักการทำง่ายๆ
  -  ใส่เครื่องหมาย comma (,) คั่นระหว่างประโยค
-  ถ้าประโยคท่อนหน้าเป็นบอกเล่า Question tag ต้องเป็นคำถามปฏิเสธ (โดยใช้รูปย่อเสมอ)
  -  ถ้าประโยคท่อนหน้าเป็นปฏิเสธ  และมีคำที่มีความหมายเป็นปฏิเสธ เช่น nobody, none ,never
    Nothing, neither, little เป็นต้น Question tag ต้องเป็นคำถามธรรมดา
  -  ถ้าประโยคท่อนหน้าไม่มีกริยาช่วย  Question tag ต้องใช้ verb to do มาช่วย
  -  กริยาของประโยคหน้าเป็น Tense อะไร กริยาที่ช่วยให้เป็น Question tag ต้องเป็น tense นั้นด้วย
หลังประโยคคำสั่ง : Question tag ที่ตามหลังประโยคคำสั่ง ขอร้อง และเชื้อเชิญ ให้ทำได้ในรูปเดียวตาม
                                    โครงสร้าง ดังนี้    .............................., will you ? เช่น
                              ● Stop smoking in here, will you?
                    ● Come and see us tomorrow, will you?
หมายเหตุ  1. ถ้าประโยคข้างหน้ามี There is, there are / was, were เมื่อทำเป็นquestion tag
                     ให้ใช้ Verb to be นั้นๆ + there เช่น:-
                              ● There is a dog in the bedroom, isn’t there?
                     ● There was much rain in the South, wasn’t there?  
             2. ถ้าประโยคข้างหน้าเป็น This is, That is เมื่อเป็นQuestion tag ให้ใช้ isn’t it?
               หรือ is it?แล้วแต่กรณีเช่น
                     ● This is my book, isn’t it?
                     ● This isn’t her pen, is it?
             3. ถ้าประโสคข้างหน้าเป็นThose are, These are เมื่อทำเป็น question tag ให้ใช้
                aren’t they? หรือ are they? เช่น
                              ● These are my pants, aren’t they?
                     ● Those are not her belongings, are they?



             4. ถ้าประธานของประโยคท่อนหน้าเป็น no one, nobody, everyone, anyone,
                Neither ofเมื่อทำเป็น Question tag ให้ใช้ they แทน เช่น
                     ● Everyone wants to be happy, don’t they?
                     ● Nobody saw it, did they?
